Before joining Rain BDM, Deborah led an Am Law 100 marketing department that helped her firm capture a spot on the BTI Brand Elite, which recognizes law firms at the highest echelons of client experience, innovation, and marketing success. During her tenure with that firm, she reinvented the marketing team by hiring and managing exceptionally talented people and instituting comprehensive best practices, process management workflows, and scalable programs. Deborah and her team supported business development efforts that contributed to an unprecedented 50 percent growth over a five-year period, impacting the firm’s transformation from a regional player to a national powerhouse.
Deborah attributes her diligence and pragmatism to her father, a highly-decorated Army veteran who impressed solid values on her and instilled in her an unwavering work ethic.
